Meredith Wike is the Director of Summit Behavioral Consulting LLC and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst located in the Santa Cruz and South Bay areas. She specializes in both home/community Applied Behavior Analysis as well as ABA in the public and private school sector.
Meredith received her MS in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill receiving her BCBA in 2009.
Meredith began her career in 2004 as a special education teacher in Asheville, North Carolina before shifting her career focus to behavior analysis. She has experience working with clients from 14 months to 24 years. She utilizes various methodologies of applied behavior analysis including Naturalistic Teaching, Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT), Early Start Denver Model, Verbal Behavior (VB), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Organizational Behavior Management (OBM).
Meredith focuses on running in-home applied behavior analysis programs with a strong emphasis on caregiver training and support, as well as consulting with school districts on their programs. This gives her special insight into a holistic full life approach to support. Meredith ran an ABA clinic in Saint Kitts for two years while living in the Caribbean, practiced in in North Carolina and Virginia, and has practiced in California since 2015.
