I’ve been passionate about working with children since before college. I studied Speech Pathology at Tel Aviv University starting in 1996, focusing on audiology, speech, language, and communication disorders. Over seven years at Assaf HaRofeh Hospital in Israel, I worked with children with severe motor delays, Cerebral Palsy and performing infant and young child evaluations while also collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.  I also helped preschoolers in a special day class running groups with occupational and art therapists.

In 2006 I moved to San Jose, where I volunteered at Abilities United and later became a developmental specialist and a lead teacher at MIlestones, an inclusive classroom for young children with various developmental delays. In 2013, I joined Center for Developing Minds as a developmental and communication specialist at the, working with children, families, and schools in various settings. In 2016, I joined my colleague Heather Erba in opening the ConnectEd Developmental Therapies clinic.  In the years since our clinic has grown, but I am still as hands-on with the kids as I was in the beginning.  I have a passion for working with children under five, but work with all ages between 18 months and 16 years old.

I have three neurodivergent kids as well as a bearded dragon, dog and chickens. I love to knit, do puzzles, play complex games, and travel.
